Mr. Adams went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 23, 2011 at the Ridgecrest Community Care Center.
Services celebrating the life of Mr. Horace Dean “Buddy” Adams, 63, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 26, 2011 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Rick Crandall and Rev. James Gardner officiating. Interment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA.
Buddy was a member of McClendon Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA and was retired from Graphic Packaging. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dean and Jessie Adams and grandson, Jack Dean Araneo.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Fleming Adams; children, Tim Davis and wife, Cindy, Kim Adams Araneo and husband, John, Jeff Adams, Chris Adams, Jeremy Adams; grandchildren, Brittany Davis, Kristen Davis, Zack Araneo, and Kylie Adams; Brother, Don Adams and wife, Lou; Sister, Nancy Byrnes; and 2 nieces and a nephew.
Pallbearers will be Richard Lemoine, Doyle Tolbird, Ira Whittington, Cliff Tidwell, Luther Sanson, and Rusty Lavender.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.
Memorials may be made to the McClendon Baptist Church Children’s Building Fund.
The family would like to give a very special thank you to the staff of Ridgecrest for the care they gave Mr. Adams and his caregiver, Lucy McNeil.
