Funeral services celebrating the life of Bryce Edward Bayles, 14, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at White’s Ferry Road Church of Christ in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Kevin Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Calhoun, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
Bryce was born June 10, 2002 and went to his heavenly home on February 3, 2017.
Bryce was a student at West Ridge Middle School, where he was a member of the football team. He loved the outdoors, spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and four-wheeling.
Bryce was kind, considerate, loving and loved by all who knew him. Cheerful in all weathers, he was both a blessing and a shining star to his family and friends, all of whom will miss him greatly.
Bryce was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Bobby Jack Bayles, Edward Gerald Lawrence, Margie Williams and W.T. Armstrong.
Survivors include his mother, Kristi Armstrong Rogers and stepfather Josh; his father, Tim Bayles and stepmother Tori; brothers, Riley Rogers and Benton Bayles; maternal grandparents, Jim and Crystal Armstrong; paternal grandparents, Kevin and Debbie Bayles and Jim and Karen Sullivan; maternal great-grandparents, Nell Armstrong, Sherman Williams and Linda Armstrong; paternal great-grandparents, Annie Ruth Bayles and Lucy Lawrence; aunts, Brandi Cole and husband David, Misty Brown and husband Gabe, and LeeAnn McQuillin and husband Timothy; uncles, Ben Sullivan and wife Julie, and Drew Sullivan and wife Mandy; and cousins, Annie and Cooper Cole, Braden, Kaine and Tabor Sullivan, Keely, Kate, Lila and James Sullivan, Garett Chapman, and Truitt and Grant Tietz.
Pallbearers will be Jordan Ellis, Griffin Ellis, Casey Ellis, John Ellis, Brandon Armstrong, Timothy McQuillin, Jeremy Roberts and Jason Ledoux.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the West Ridge Middle School football team.
Visitation will be held from 3:30 P.M. until 7:30 P.M., Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at White’s Ferry Road Church of Christ in West Monroe, LA.
