Brittany Nicole Nolen

Funeral service for Brittany Nicole Nolen, 33, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 6, 2023, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Brittany was born on April 2, 1990, in Monroe, LA, and passed away on May 2, 2023, in Monroe, LA. She was a graduate of River Oaks High School.

Brittany was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edwin "Peppy" A. Nolen, Betty "Granny" Anderson Nolen, Bobbie "Grandma" Roberston Cavet, and Jack "Papaw" Bill Cavet.

Survivors include her mother, Carolyn Nolen; father, Jay Nolen; aunts, Debra Bennett, Vera Cavet-Vanderpool, Sandra Waldo, Betsy Bryant; uncles, James Cavet and Bruce “Butch” Cavet; great aunt, Jane Anderson Dezendorf; grandmother, Margaret Esters; cousins, Chad, Stacey, Oaklie, William, Chad, Madison, Jackie, Billy, Tayler, Aurora, Ianthe, and Jax; godfather, John B. Woodburn; numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Jordan, Billy Cavet, Josh Hernandez, Jackie Cavet, Brad Fuller, and Hutton Banks.

The family would like to give a special thanks to dear friends Jacob Jordan, Janice and Sally Evans, and Marie Johnfroe. The family would also like to thank Dr. Edgar Feinberg II and Dr. Nauman Khalid and his staff.
