Britt Oliver McCoy

Private family service will be held for Mr. Britt Oliver McCoy on Friday, December 23, 2022, with Rev. R. B. Moore officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.

Britt was born on September 10, 1981, in Little Rock, AR, and passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2022, in Monroe. He worked in remodeling construction. Britt enjoyed doing special deeds for close friends and family, but the one he most enjoyed helping was his Aunt Connie. His fun-loving spirit will be missed by all. Britt was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vernon T. and Leumel O. McCoy and Melvin and Alene Brazzel.

Survivors include his parents, Melvyn and Dianne McCoy; son, Brooks Oliver McCoy; brother, Bradley McCoy and wife Margaret; niece, Moxie McCoy; aunts, Connie Cooper, Carole Anderson, and Pat McCoy; uncle, Lane Brazzel; and numerous cousins.
