Funeral services celebrating the life of Bobby Wayne Arant, 78, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 23, 2018, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Dr. Woods Watson and Ronnie Green officiating. Interment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Arant was born on May 29, 1940, and passed away on June 20, 2018. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam War. Bobby retired from Lazenby and Associates as a Draftsman. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in West Monroe and a member of the Helping Hands Life Group. Bobby loved spending time with his family, especially taking cruises.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Olan and Lena Arant
Survivors include his wife, Dolores; children, Darren Arant and wife, Stephanie, Suzette Hill and Husband, Marshall; grandchildren, Christian, Savannah, Camille, Zachary, Lauren, Aimee, Reid, and Jackson; brother, Charles Arant and wife, Rozel; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Zachary Hill, Christian Calloway, Tim Arant, Pete Rea, Justin Cascio and Jeremy Spillers.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, June 22, 2018, at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe.
