Services for Bobby R. Williamson, 79 of Baskin will be 1:00PM Monday, April 17, 2017 at the Baskin Baptist Church with Rev. Marion Spence and Rev. Brian Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in the Reagan Cemetery in Baskin under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Winnsboro.
Bobby was born on August 12, 1937 in Winnsboro and passed from this life on April 13, 2017 in West Monroe. He worked in the oilfield for 47 years. He loved to fish, work with his cows, loved to garden, riding on tractor, raising chickens, loved his family, spoiling his grandchildren, and picking on friends and family.
He is preceded in death by his parents-Elbert Allen and Luna Sinclair Williamson; brothers-Joe, R. D. (Dean), D. W. (Wallace), Earl, Cary, and Sammy Glen Williamson; Sisters-Vera Westerburg, Mary Ridley, Maxine McClendon, Marie Robinson, Ann Temple, and Faye Williamson.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years-Joyce Reagan Williamson; daughters-Sherry Reppond and husband Timmy of Winnsboro, Rhonda Harrison and husband Roger of Delhi, and Bobbie Lord and husband Levy of Baskin; grandchildren-Amy Wallace, Megan Reppond, Derrick Mock, Hannah Franks, Haley Lord and Hope Lord; 10 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Banks, Brent Smart, Mike Williamson, Danny Barber, Allen Barber, and Ray Mullican.
Visitation will be 10:00AM-1:00PM at Baskin Baptist Church Monday, April 17, 2017.
