Graveside services for Mrs. Bobbie Sue Richardson Gaar, 78, of West Monroe formerly of Bernice, will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 31, 2007, at New Hope Cemetery in Gaar’s Mill with Loy Gaar officiating and under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Mrs. Gaar passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2007, at St. Francis North Hospital. She was a member of Parkview Baptist Church and a retired receptionist at Ouachita Parish Council on Aging. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl David Gaar.
Survivors include her daughters, Susan Boyett of Ruston, Teresa Gadberry of West Monroe, and Lynda Baldwin and husband Bob of Bernice; son, David Gaar of Bernice; grandchildren, LeeAnn Gadberry, Mayme Boyett, Drew Gadberry, West Baldwin, Parker Baldwin, and Paige Gaar; sister, Billie Lou Hemperly and brother, Jimmy Richardson.
Pallbearers will be Drew Gadberry, West Baldwin, Jamie Hemrick, Ryan Hemrick, Justin Martin, and Cole Wisenor.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Jack Gaar, Don Gaar, Greg Gaar, Johnny Hemrick, Talbert Hemrick, Joe Wayne Boyett, Bobby Joe Oliver, Ronnie Jenkins, Richard Jenkins, Bill Mitcham, and Robert Mitcham.
Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home in West Monroe.
Memorials may be made to the Ouachita Council on Aging.
