Billy Ray Kenly

Memorial Services for Mr. Billy Ray Kenly, 81 of Rayville, will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at New Beginnings Tabernacle Full Gospel Church in Rayville, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Rayville.

Mr. Kenly was born September 20, 1936 and passed away on October 6, 2017, at his residence. He was a retired farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carson Thomas Kenly and Dosie Louise Martin Kenly, sister Vernice, brother Wayne Kenly, and sister Berbie Jean Kenly.

Survivors include: Wife of 56 years, Mary Ruth Kenly, 5 children; Billy Ray Kenly, Jr., Jeff Lee Kenly, Kenneth Earl Kenly and wife Holly, and Charlotte Michelle Kenly, all of Snyder, TX., and Steven Allen Kenly and wife Natalie of Dunn, LA., sister, Betty Jo Blackwell, and brothers; John William Kenly, Willie Earl Kenly, Willard Lee Kenly, Benjamin Kenly, and Thomas Kenly, 19 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
