Billy Ray Clark

Funeral Services for Mr. Billy Ray Clark, 87, of Baskin, LA, will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 19, 2022, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Winnsboro, with Rev. Buddy McGurtt officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hale Cemetery in Baskin, LA.

Mr. Clark was born August 19, 1934 and went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 12, 2022. He was of the Baptist faith. Billy Ray was a farmer and cotton ginner for over 50 years. Mr. Clark enjoyed gardening and planting flowers.

He is preceded in death by his parents, C.D. Clark and Anna Lou Clark; son, Gary Clark; wife, Doris Clark; brother, Rex A. Clark; and sister, Bobbie Lou Jones.

Survivors include his three sons, David D. Clark; Thomas Wayne Clark and wife Glenda, and Kenny Ray Clark Sr and wife Deidra; four step-children, Perry Spillers, Lisa Jones, Teresa Beavers Oglesbee, and Jay D. Spilllers; twelve grandchildren, Crystal, Gary Lynn Jr, Kenneth Ray Jr, John David, Jerome, Jere’, Justin, Christopher, Blake, Christy, Ramage Parker and Amanda Parker; numerous great-grandchildren, two sisters, Betty Faye Houston and Elaine Graham; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Winnsboro.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
