Billy Wayne Moore, Sr. Mulhearn Funeral HomeWest Monroe, LA Funeral Services for Billy Wayne Moore, Sr, 74, of West Monroe, LA will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 29, 2014 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. David Sellers, Rev. Herman Lenard and Rev. Larry Eubanks officiating. Interment will follow in Hall Cemetery in Richland Parish. Mr. Moore was born December 16, 1939 in Girod, LA and passed away November 25, 2014 in West Monroe, LA surrounded by his family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hog hunting, deer hunting and fishing. Billy was a co-founder of Belle Cote Hunting Club in 1987 and he was a paint contractor for 50 plus years. But above all, Billy loved being with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Kathleen Moore; brother, Clinton Moore; sisters, Flora Jean Jackson and Wilma Cook; Niece, Sissy Jones; and special friend, James Edward Bordelon. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Bessie Moore; children, Janet Eppinette and husband Mike, Wayne Moore and wife Kim, Mark Moore and Marty Moore; grandchildren, Mindy Eppinette, Ashley Hood and husband Nick, Kelli Moore, Megan Auttonberry, Cassie Moore, Tessa Moore and Becca Moore; great grandchildren, Anna Hood, Lilly Auttonberry, Luke Hood and Carson Auttonberry; sisters, Edna Wilkins and husband Paul, Lucille Crenshaw and husband Henson, Shirley Taylor and husband Jack, Linda Myers and husband Stanley and Diana Rumbelow and husband Ernie; brother, Donald “Duck” Moore and wife Carol; and numerous nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be LaVaughn Tisdale, Ken Deal, Odie Gregory, Bob Sadler, Bruce Shelton, Ron Parker, Ed Jones and Daniel Boyette.Honorary Pallbearers will be Bruce Booth, Paul Johnston, John Moore and Charlie McCain.
