Billie Elaine Greer

Graveside services celebrating the life of Mrs. Billie Elaine Greer, 90, of Eros, LA, will be held at 2:30 P.M., Sunday, August 25, 2024, at Salem Cemetery in Eros, LA, with Rev. Ricky Baker officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. 

Mrs. Greer was a water hydrologist at the U.S. Geological Survey for over 30 years. She was a faithful and devoted servant of the Lord for over fifty years at her church. Mrs. Greer was a member of the Women’s Club for over thirty years. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. Later in life she devoted her service to the Trail Ride Ministries. 

Mrs. Greer was preceded in death by her husband Robert Bunn “Bobby “Greer. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her two children, Bruce Greer (Jerri) and Amy Winegeart (Youral); grandchildren, Mallory, Levi, George, Jennifer, and Cooper; sister-in-law, Sidney Waller; along with a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. 

Memorials may be made to Rolling Hills Ministry or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
