Billie Bonnett Madsen

Graveside Services for Ms. Billie Bonnett Madsen, 82, of Slaughter, LA, will be held at 11:30 A.M., Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens Cemetery in West Monroe, LA, with her grandson, Rev. Joshua Madsen officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Billie Bonnett Madsen was born December 14, 1937 and passed away August 5, 2020. She was a member of the Assembly in West Monroe, LA. Mrs. Madsen was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who had a generous heart and spirit. She always had a hug and a smile for everyone.

She was preceded in death by her son, Brian Madsen; her father and mother, Carl and Audrey Bonnett and her loving companion her dog, Lefty.

Survivors include her son, Eddie Madsen and wife, Deby of Clinton, LA; grandson, Joshua Madsen and wife, Jennifer; granddaughter, Kendallynn Stafford and husband, Joshua; great grandchildren, Caitlyn Jones, Jaylee Madsen, Jerimiah Madsen all of Clinton, LA, and Jude Stafford of Prairieville, LA.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the staffs of Grace Health and Rehab and Hospice of Baton Rouge for the wonderful care they have given during this time.
