Funeral Services for Mr. Beverly Roberts, 84, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 28, 2010 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Bobby Dampier officiating. Interment will follow in the Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens in West Monroe, LA.
Mr. Roberts was born on January 5, 1926 and passed away in Monroe, LA on January 26, 2010. He served in the United States Army during WWII and loved tinkering on things. Mr. Roberts is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Lizzie Roberts and two great grandchildren, Blaine and Nicholas Crawford.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Roberts; daughter, Janice Crawford and husband Alan; step sons, Wayne Crawford and wife Gloria, Bobby Crawford and wife Vickie and James Crawford and wife Sandy; sixteen grandchildren and forty-three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Alan Crawford II, Timothy Crawford, Michael Crawford, Patrick Crawford, Richard Crawford, Jerry Crawford, Bobby Crawford and Joseph Crawford.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday January 27, 2010 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA
