Funeral Services for Betty Ellis, 80, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 3:30PM Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the Hasley Pavilion with Pastor Terry Stephens Trichell officiating. Interment will follow in Hasley Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mrs. Betty was born on December 18, 1939 in Columbia, LA and passed away on March 5, 2020 in West Monroe, LA. She was retired after 27 years from the West Monroe Police Department as a Cross Guard and seamstress for our local law enforcement officers. Mrs. Betty is preceded in death by her husband, A.V. Ellis.

Survivors include her daughter, Ronda Harvey; grandchildren Brandon Harvey and wife Paula, Brandy Harvey and husband Jeff Culpepper; great-grandson, Jaden Culpepper; brother, Henry Hibbard; stepdaughter, Yolanda Koehler.

Pallbearers will Jim Wills, Bill Thurston, Travis Reynolds, Daniel Coon, Jeff Culpepper, and Kenny Stenson.

Visitation will be held from 2:00PM until 3:00PM Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
