Barbara LyGene Martin, 70, of Monroe, a retired secretary, passed away December 28, 2015. Memorial services are 2:00 PM Monday, January 4, 2016, in the chapel at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe with Rev. Curtis Wilson officiating. Visitation is 1:00 PM until service time Monday at the funeral home.
