Barbara Brewer Ellis Biggs

Private family memorial services for Mrs. Barbara Brewer Ellis Biggs of Winnsboro will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Winnsboro.
Mrs. Biggs was born July 26, 1932 in Dekalb, TX and passed from this life on November 17, 2020 in Winnsboro, LA at the age of 88. She enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, puzzles, and working outside in her yard. She loved eating sweets and desserts, and she loved to sew, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Clyde Biggs; her first husband, Bobby Cedrick Ellis; her son, Bobby Ladale Ellis; her parents, Robert and Tommie Brewer, as well as several brothers and sisters.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Cynthia Ellis Curry and Pat of California, Tim Ellis and wife, Donna of Hebert, and Cheryl Mills and husband, David of Hebert; also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in her memory to the American Lung Association or the American Parkinson’s Disease Association.
