Funeral Services for Arielle Nichol Fortenberry, 20, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 11, 2021, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Stephen Rainwater officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until service time on Saturday.
Arielle was born August 7, 2001, and went to Heaven on December 7, 2021. She graduated from West Monroe High School in 2019, while there she was in the Rebel Band playing the drums and the clarinet. She then attended ULM, where she pledged AOII Sorority.
She was preceded in death by her great grandfather, Anderson C. Warlick, Jr.; great grandparents, Isaleyne Dorothy Fortenberry and George Wade Fortenberry; and sisters, Stephanie Lauren Fortenberry and Faith Ameris Ward.
Survivors include her father, Keith Wayne Fortenberry and Jeanie McGee of West Monroe, LA; her mother, Nichol “Nikki” Mooney and husband Joel of Mangham, LA; brother, Drew Keith Fortenberry; sister, Kim Purvis of Mangham, LA; uncle, Dwight Fortenberry and wife Christie of Stowe, VT; grandparents, Dianne Warlick Fortenberry of West Monroe, LA, and Keith G. Fortenberry and wife Tami of Bossier City, LA; great grandmother, Annette LaCara Warlick of Monroe, LA; her boyfriend, Jack Hawkins, the love of her life; siblings, Jeremia Mize, Timothy Mooney, Jacob Mooney, Carson Mooney, Deanna Mooney, and Erica Mooney.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
