Funeral service for Mr. Anthony “Tony” Quint, 87, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Martina, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe, LA. Mr. Quint passed away on September 14, 2015. He was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, where he was a Eucharistic Minister and head usher. Mr. Quint was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Jean Quint.Survivors include his two sisters, Margaret Ann Goodrich and Leona Johnson; brother, James Anthony Atkins and wife Cathy; niece, Caitlin Atkins; nieces and nephews, David, Sharon and Dominque Hahn and Robert, Tyler, Marysia Johnson; niece and godchild, Katherine Angelina Goodrich Burrell; cousins; Christine Tauzin, Irene Jones, Dennis and Diane Gates, Michael Gates, Elizabeth Ann Miller, Evelyn Warlick Snow, Katherine and Jim McCoun, Teresa Whitlock, Tim Randels, Chris Randels, Bill Wynn, Greg and Rosemary Wynn; Sammy Bee, Terri Luffy, Frank Etier, Ryan Etier, Greg Wynn, Christy and Daniel Hill, William “Billy” Jones, Sue Head, Kathy Roscoe, Sharon Gebhart, Mike Bee, Deborah Herlevic, and Roy Etier.Pallbearers will be Roy Etier, Daniel Hill, Mike Bee, and Skip Whitlock. Honorary pallbearer will be Bill Wynn. The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. Donald Hammett, Dr. Narenda Kutnikar and the entire staff at Cornerstone Hospital, where he received excellent care and compassion during his stay as well as Rev.
