Anthony Joseph Ditta

Funeral services for Anthony Joseph Ditta, 83, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, February 6, 2017, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Monroe, LA. With Rev. Job Edathinatt officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mr. Ditta passed away, Friday, February 3, 2017, in Monroe, LA. He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. He retired from Twin City Glass. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Mr. Ditta was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Lena Binagio Ditta.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Bobbie Flowers Ditta; daughter, Denise Ditta Dupree and husband Kevin; 3 sons, Gary Michael Ditta and wife Laurie, Robert Joseph Ditta and wife Tami, and Thomas Anthony Ditta and wife Angela; sister, Veda Randall; 10 grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Ryan, Stephanie, Rebecca, Jenni, Jacob, Zach, Amanda, and Emily; 2 great grandchildren, Brooks and Lexy; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jason, Justin and Ryan Ditta, Zach Bower, Jacob Dupree and Joey Ditta.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Sunday, February 5, 2017, with a vigil at 6:00 PM, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, LA.
