He is survived by his wife Charlotte Fortenberry Plakiotis of Rayville, LA ; a son Anthony James Plakiotis, II of Rayville, LA and his finance Tammy Jo Williams; daughter Mary P. Martin and her husband Murphy of Hammond, LA and Debbie Kreeger and her husband John of Madisonville, LA; a sister Carmella Johnson of Union, New Jersey.
