Annie Ruth Frith

Heaven has gained another angel. Annie Ruth Frith (Howard) passed away after a long illness December 15, 2020. She was 78 years old. She is preceded in death by her Husband of 60 years, Charles Preston ”Pete” Frith , her parents John Claude Howard and Lillian Louise Howard (Gryder), and her brother John Henry Howard. She is survived by her son Charles Randale “Chuck” Frith and wife Nga Huynh-Frith, her daughter Michelle Leigh Reeves and husband Corby Todd Reeves, four granddaughters; McKayla Anne Reeves 19, Caroline Grace Reeves 15, Paige Oanh “Pippa” Frith 4, Lois Uyen “Lolo” Frith 1, and one grandson Owen Thomas Reeves 14, one brother David Howard and wife Glenda, and one sister Edna Cardin and husband George.

Annie Ruth was an avid seamstress, cook, wife, mother and grandmother. She was always helping others whether it was giving out a recipe or crocheting hats for the NICU babies in the hospitals. She never met a stranger. Her contagious smile and positive attitude would brighten up anyone’s day. Her loving and giving nature helped with many charities through Helping Hands Ministries of Northeast Louisiana. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Rayville.

Cremation will be provided by Mulhearn Funeral Home in Rayville. Memorial services will be held at a later date due to COVID-19 restrictions.
