Funeral Services for Mrs. Annie Bell Spears, 73, of Chatham, LA will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 28, 2016 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA with Rev. Tim Atkins and Rev. Billy Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Chatham Cemetery in Chatham, LA.
Mrs. Annie was born May 3, 1943 in Pineville, LA and passed away October 25, 2016 at her residence in Chatham. She was a Christian lady who loved the Lord. Mrs. Annie had a very kind and giving heart and loved to smile. She loved to sing and color. Mrs. Annie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Junior and Bernice Duck McEntyre; one brother, Carl James “CJ” McEntyre; and nephew, James McEntyre.
Survivors include her daughter, Gayle and husband Rev. Billy Brown of Sterlington, LA; granddaughter, Haven Brown of Sterlington, LA; grandsons, Deblin, Cody and Jake Brown of West Monroe, LA; two great grandsons, Bently and Cypress Brown of West Monroe, LA; two great granddaughters, Tatum and Remedy Brown of West Monroe, LA; three sisters, Dorothy and husband Johnny Dickey of West Monroe, LA, Audrey and husband Kenneth Brown of Kingsland, AR and Bobbie Roberson of West Monroe, LA; two nephews and four nieces.
Pallbearers will be William Coates, Dean Rice, Michael Cleary, Jake Brown, Ruby Lowe and Kessler Thomas.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Friday.
Mrs. Annie’s family would like to give special thanks to her caregivers, Ruby Lowe, Tori Ingle, Myra Clemons and Kessler Thomas and all of her extended family at Eternal Blessings Staff.
