A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Anita Louise Thompson, 74, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Kiroli Park next to the stage on the water, bring your picnic basket and family. Anita Louise Thompson (Nana) peacefully passed away at her home in West Monroe, Louisiana on Saturday, January 23, 2016 surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Somerville, Massachusetts on June 11, 1941. Anita was the sweetest woman you could ever meet. She was so generous, compassionate, and fun loving.Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Teer; and grandchildren, Heather and Kyle Teer.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
