Angela Kay Greer, 57, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 6, 2020, at her residence after a sudden illness.
Angie was born July 8, 1963, in Monroe, LA. She lived an incredibly vivacious life. Her educational background included attending ULM and ultimately pursuing her passion for making others feel beautiful which she was able to achieve through a career in cosmetology. Angie was very creative and very giving of her time and talent but of all of her best qualities, her genuine love for people and ability to make others laugh was by far the greatest gift she shared so freely.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffery Kenneth Greer; her mother, Wanda Shambro, adoring stepdad, Carl Shambro, and lifelong best friend, Allen Brown.
She is survived by her only child, a daughter, Kayle Winkler and Kayle’s husband Jarrod, along with a multitude of dear friends and relatives.
Memorial graveside services for Angie will be held at 12:00 P.M. Thursday, December 10, 2020, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA, with Pastor Beck Payne officiating.
Visitation will be at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery 30 minutes prior to memorial services. All are welcome.
“So you have sorrow now, but I will see you again; then you will rejoice, and no one can rob you of that joy.”
