Angela "Angie" Marie Dotson Brown

Memorial services for Angela “Angie” Marie Dotson Brown, 76, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 219 Crowell Road, Eros, LA, with Brother O’Neal officiating.

Angie was born on August 19, 1945 and passed peacefully on to her heavenly home on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. Angie spent 30 plus years working at the grill in Aron’s Pharmacy. From there she went on to provide home care for elderly patients.

Angie was preceded in death by her husband, Ira “Ike” Brown; her parents, Charles and Agnes Griffin; and her sister, Vicky Lowery, all of West Monroe.

Angie is survived by daughters, Terry Lynch and Amanda Brown of West Monroe; son, Kevin Brown of West Monroe; sisters, DeJuana Hathaway of Fort Worth, TX and Diane (Gary) Ellis of Arlington, TX; grandchildren, Charlie Lynch, Brittney (Malcolm) Wilson, Olivia (Jake) Mulcahy, Ethan Brown, Haven (Katelyn) Higginbotham, Kurt Jones and Daylon Jones; great-grandchildren, Caden Douglas, Serenity Jones, Riley Wilson, Holden Higginbotham and Koe Higginbotham.
