Graveside Services for Mrs. Amanda Ruth Wright Coody, 83, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 12, 2016 in the Redwing Cemetery near Oak Grove, LA with Rev. Neil Oldham officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.Mrs. Coody was born on September 15, 1932 and passed away on August 11, 2016. Mrs. Coody is preceded in death by her husband, Darvis Coody and daughter, Carrie Boggs.Survivors include her children, Vicki Coody and husband, Michael and Ronald Coody and wife, Jean; Grandchildren, Dr. Amanda Witt and husband, Ben, Jessa Young and husband, Eli, John Coody, Elliot Coody, Judah Coody, Isaiah Coody and Noah Coody; great grandson, David Witt.Memorials may be made to the Cypress Street Church of God Building Fund.The Family would like to give a special thank you to her Surrogate Daughter, Pat Eads along with her night caregivers, Debbie Spangler and Tina Owens.
