Allen Wayne Blazier

Funeral Services for Mr. Allen Wayne Blazier, 69, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 30, 2018, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA, with Dr. Randy Burdeaux officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Calhoun, LA.

Mr. Blazier was born April 4, 1949, in West Monroe and passed away October 27, 2018, in his home in West Monroe surrounded by his family.

Mr. Blazier was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the outdoors. He cherished his wife, family and grandchildren; he was a true family man.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Seth and Nell Blazier; and one brother, Gary Blazier.

Left to cherish his memory are the love of his life, his wife of 45 years, Evelyn Blazier; sons, Michael Blazier and wife Stacy, Jason Blazier and wife Miranda, and Adam Blazier and wife Betsy; seven grandchildren, Hayden, Seth, Emily, Dylan, Aiden, Alyssa and Evan; one brother, Ronny Blazier and wife Kathy; and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Hayden Blazier, Seth Blazier, Justin Blazier, Clint Blazier, Paul Slayter and Marvin Culpepper.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Gary Don Blazier and Louis Parker.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Monday, October 29, 2018, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Caring Hands Hospice, Dr. John Bruchhaus, Nurse Stacy Jones and to the rest of the staff.
