Alison Michelle Boseman, daughter of Earnest Russell Boseman and Deborah Boseman Francis, arrived on October 8, 1986 accompanied by her twin sister. She attended elementary and middle school in West Monroe, Louisiana, and graduated from West Monroe High School in 2005. In high school Alison was a member of many school clubs and she played the trombone in the high school's Marching Rebel Band. She attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe majoring in Biology and continued to play trombone with the Sound of Today. She was also a member of the service fraternity Kappa Kappa Psi through the ULM band. Alison was a skater and referee for the roller derby team "Roe City Rollers." She was an avid reader, animal lover, tattoo enthusiast, and a huge fan of all things makeup.
Alison Boseman is preceded in death by her father, Earnest Russell Boseman, her maternal grandparents, William Grant and Addie Mae Pennington, and her paternal grandparents, Robert Russell and Barbara Lucille Boseman.
Survivors include her life partner, Bruce Storey, her mother and step father, Deborah and Roger Francis; her brother and sister-in-law, Patrick and Angela Boseman; her twin sister and brother-in-law, Ashley and Dustan Ballance; her nieces and nephew, Avery, Ainsley, and Denver Ballance; her step sister and nephew, Trisha and Zack Robinson; her special aunt, Sandra Woods; her beloved Chihuahua, Bella, and numerous cousins and close friends.
Alison's Celebration of Life will take place at the West Monroe Civitan Club (located at 144 Aulds Road in West Monroe, Louisiana) on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
