Funeral Services for Alan Benjamin Cousans,83, of West Monroe, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, October 14, 2019, at St. Paschal’s Catholic Church in West Monroe, with Fr. Frank Coens officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paschal’s Catholic Church Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Alan Benjamin Cousans was born on May 29, 1936, in Biloxi, Mississippi, and passed away on October 7, 2019, in West Monroe. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Miriam Cousans, and his brother Stephen Cousans. He is survived by his four children, Julie Caldwell and husband Billy, Eric Cousans and wife Judy, Jennifer Sibley and husband Travis, and Stephanie Perry and husband Todd; eleven grandchildren, Kristin Cook, William Caldwell, Stephen Newman, Katelyn Reed, Lauren Perry, Courtney Henry, Jake Caldwell, Zack Caldwell, Haley Sibley, Julianne Roan, Grant Perry and Reed Perry; sister, Ann Huffman, and nine great grandchildren. The family would like to give special thanks to Faith Tarver and Caring Hands Hospice-his Little Pest, Brook Wall and Andrea Helarie.
